This particular version of the Barzo features Vittoria's XC trial casing, a 120 TPI nylon casing with reinforced sidewalls to offer extra protection on rocky trails. It also comes equipped with tubeless folding aramid beads. Vittoria sets itself apart with the world's only extruder, incorporating 4 compounds into a single tread that is fortified with Graphene 2.0. This unique construction allows Vittoria to finely adjust the flexibility of the tread base and surface to incorporate the appropriate durometer graphene for optimal performance. The 0 compound is strategically placed to enhance braking efficiency in corners, climbs, and rolling sections.
The base compound not only boosts resistance to punctures but also enhances tread stability, durability, and puncture protection. As the tire of choice for 2020 World Champion Jordan Sarrou, the Vittoria Barzo Cross Country Tire is hailed as the XCO World Champion tire.
