Please note that excessive air pressure should not be used to inflate the TPU inner tube without the tires and rims in place, as this may cause irreversible damage to the inner tube due to its thin thickness (0.2-0.3mm). While the TPU inner tube is stronger and tougher than traditional rubber inner tubes, it may still deform if directly inflated without being assembled between the outer tire and rim. Therefore, we recommend inflating the TPU inner tube to 0.5-1.0PSI, adjusting its position between the outer tire and rim, ensuring a proper fit, and then pumping additional air.

High temperatures can be detrimental to TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) material, particularly in cases where rim brakes generate excessive heat, potentially compromising safety. To ensure rider safety, we advise using TPU inner tubes only on bicycles equipped with disc brakes. The TPU inner tube is compatible with FV80mm Presta Valves, fitting 700x28C, 700x30C, 700x32C, 700x33C, and 700x35C bike tires (ETRTO: 28-622, 29-622, 30-622, 31-622, 32-622, 33-622, 34-622, 35-622).

The TPU inner tube is made from environmentally friendly thermoplastic polyurethane material, ensuring it is 100% recyclable. Compared to traditional butyl rubber inner tubes, TPU inner tubes are lighter, stronger, and exhibit superior air tightness similar to latex. This results in a 70% weight reduction compared to ordinary butyl rubber inner tubes, making for a more agile, responsive, and efficient ride.

When folded, the TPU inner tube is more than 50% smaller than traditional inner tubes, making it highly portable and convenient for carrying. Its compatibility with environmentally friendly outer tubes and colored outer tires ensures that it will not pollute or affect the appearance of the tire.

Regular monitoring of tire pressure and timely air refills are recommended for daily commuting. Due to its thin construction, it is important to ensure a clean and flat surface during installation to prevent damage.
